MX Series Ball Mill: High-Performance Grinding Solution
Working Principle
Ball mill is composed of a horizontal cylinder, inlet and outlet hollow shaft and grinding parts, the cylinder is a long cylinder, the cylinder is equipped with a grinding body, the cylinder is made of steel plate, there is a steel lining plate and the cylinder is fixed, the grinding body is generally a steel ball, and is loaded into the cylinder according to different diameters and a certain proportion, the grinding body can also be used steel section. According to the particle size of the grinding material is selected, the material is loaded into the cylinder by the hollow shaft of the feed end of the ball mill. When the ball mill cylinder rotates, the grinding body is attached to the lining plate of the cylinder due to the action of inertia and centrifugal force, and the action of friction force, so that it is taken away by the cylinder. When it is brought to a certain height, it is thrown off due to its own gravity. The falling abrasive body acts like a projectile and shatters the material inside the cylinder.
The material is uniformly entered into the first bin of the mill by the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There are stepped lining plates or corrugated lining plates in the bin, and steel balls of various specifications are installed inside. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder will bring the steel balls to a certain height and then fall down, which will have a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material is coarse ground in the first bin, it enters the second bin through a single compartment plate, which is lined with a flat liner plate and contains a steel ball to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
Characteristic and feature of MX series ball mill
(1) The main bearing adopts a large-diameter double-row aligning roller bearing, which replaces the original plain bearing, reduces friction, reduces energy consumption, and makes the mill easy to start.
(2) The end cover structure of the ordinary mill is retained, with large diameter inlet and outlet and large processing capacity.
(3) The feeder is divided into two kinds of combined feeder and drum feeder, with simple structure and separate installation.
(4) There is no inertial impact, the equipment runs smoothly, and the downtime and maintenance time of the mill is reduced, and the efficiency is improved
