Y Series High Pressure Grinder: Ultimate Performance
Working Principle
When working, the material that needs to be crushed is added to the machine from the feed hopper on the side of the cover shell. It revolves around the vertical axis and rotates itself at the same time. Due to the role of centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly on the grinding ring, so that the blade scoops up the material between the grinding roll and the grinding ring. The purpose of crushing the material is achieved by rolling the roller. After the material is ground, the fan blows the wind into the main casing, blows up the powder, is sorted by the analyzer placed above the grinding chamber, and the fine and coarse material falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding, and the fineness meets the specifications with the wind into the cyclone collector, collected and discharged through the powder outlet, that is, the finished product. The air flow is returned to the fan by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The wind path is cyclic and flows in a negative pressure state. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged by the waste gas pipe between the fan and the main engine and enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
